Returns & Warranties
If you are a consumer and have a problem with your UPEASY Seat Assist or Power Seat, please call the company from whom you purchased the product first. We encourage our dealers to provide replacement products immediately for their customers, and then they call us for the Return Authorization Number. Of course, if your product is still under warranty and you cannot remember where you purchased it, please do not hesitate to call Uplift Technologies directly.
All returns and warranties must have a Return Authorization Number clearly marketd on the outside of the box, otherwise our warehouse will refuse shipment. Please email us your contact information and we will be back to you promptly.
